Of course I had to keep close watch on them, you know me I’m a military guy!! But they deserve all my compliments! Acting very responsibly and careful all the time, asking for directions just in case. Very methodical in their work and engaging with their equipment with utmost precision and responsibility. I Don't Wanna Sell My House Anymore
“So here’s the thing. We were planning to move. Already have an eye on another house so we wanted to sell this one… A few weeks ago we discovered that giving our property a good power wash would also increase its value (and it did, I can now sell it for roughly 13% more)… But. Man, it looks so good now! The walls looking north no longer look green with mold, in fact they look brand new as if it was all built yesterday. The driveway is bright and fresh looking. The roof is squeaky clean, and the fence is simply shining! Mowed my lawn and got a gardener this week too and now everything looks amazing, it’s like the quintessential dream house. Officers on NEW Deck! 10/10 Super Satisfied!
“We moved here to the Chicago area a year and three months ago from Utah. Needless to say I wasn’t used to the weather up north… Rain, mold, you name it. Plants sprouting from every nook and cranny. Our Chicago house has this amazing deck area with an amazing view, but, as you can imagine, there was moss and even little plants growing in the corner. Not to mention all the grease and paint stains from the previous owner. I just couldn’t stand it. You buy this new amazing house… and the best area looks like that. Anyway, one fine day my friend recommended that I get it power washed. So we did! And oh boy was it the best decision of my life! It was done in under an hour, crew were so considerate and professional. Best decision since we moved here I swear. 🙂 This is NOT the deck I had just two days ago! They must have replaced it! Looks so good and new. Now I love my new Chicago house and host my friends on my new clean “deck” every day. It’s so clean we refer to ourselves as Officers! 🙂 10/10 would hire again, we’ll pressure wash the entire property soon. Amazing job ACX!!”
